TGM Hospitality is a full service contractor specializing in renovations within the hospitality sector. TGM Hospitality was formed from 16 years of Geoff Maynard's personal experience and more than 75 years combined team leader experience. Full service means we work with owners and management companies with our in-house designers and procurement specialists to make our construction projects as smooth and seamless as possible. Whether the PIP includes major “gut” work or simply “lipstick and rouge,” we work with the hotel’s onsite management team to complete work as quickly as possible with the least amount of guest impact.
