Our procurement specialists make sure that all the materials needed for an efficient project are ordered properly and delivered on time. As soon as designs are approved, orders are put together for verification, purchase and expediting for all of your FF&E needs. We set-up all billing direct from vendor to you the client, so you know you’re getting the true net cost for your products. Procurement fees range from 4%-6% of the total purchase amount of the project.
Once designs are approved and products are ordered, we put together a schedule for construction that maximizes output and minimizes guest impact. We know there is a sweet spot between rooms out of service and continuing your revenue stream with available rooms. We work with the onsite management team to produce a smooth, efficient construction plan that doesn’t disrupt the inner workings of the property. Being proactive with signage, pipe and drape, temporary walls and work hours that reduce guest irritation is all part of how we provide a finished product you’ll be proud to offer your guests.
